Smoked fillets, appr. 220-280 g, The fillets are lighly smoked with Beech wood and slightly salted with Icelandic sea salt. The fillets are vacuum packed. Maximum shelf life is about 4 weeks.

Cured fillets, appr. 220-280 g. The spices and the culture process is a well kept secret in the local community. The fillets are vacuum packed. Maximum shelf life is about 4 weeks.
